Cancellation Policy

Booking and Reservations 1. Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 2. Booking Confirmation: All reservations are confirmed via email or SMS upon receipt of full payment. Cancellation and Refund Policy 1. Cancellation Fees: A $100 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the entire payment. 2. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up without prior notice will forfeit the entire payment. 3. Cancellation by Service Provider: If Global Protection Agency cancels a booking, a full refund will be issued. Changes to Bookings 1. Modification Requests: Changes to booking details must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. 2. Additional Charges: Changes resulting in additional services or extended time will incur extra charges, payable before the service. Client Responsibilities 1. Punctuality: Clients should be ready at the agreed pick-up time, with a 15-minute grace period. Additional wait time charges may apply, except for delayed flights. 2. Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully and safely. The service provider may terminate the service without refund for inappropriate behavior. 3. Final Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. 4. Minimum Service Time: A minimum charge of 2 hours applies at a rate of $80 per hour. Liability and Insurance 1. Insurance: Vehicles are fully insured per Florida state regulations. 2. Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage they or their guests cause to the vehicle. Cleaning or repair fees may apply. Force Majeure Global Protection Agency is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond their control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or road closures. Privacy Policy Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Showing Identification ID Requirement: Chauffeurs and security personnel must present a valid company ID and government-issued ID upon pick-up. Clients must also present a government-issued ID. The chauffeur/security personnel will display their IDs and verify the client's identity before service begins. If either the chauffeur/security personnel or client fails to present proper identification, the service may be canceled.
