Global Protection Agency, LLC. is a Justice Administrative Commission (JAC) approved state vendor. Isaac Santiago, CEO and Founder of Global Protection Agency, LLC., is a licensed and insured private investigator in the state of Florida. Mr. Santiago earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and is a graduate of Pennsylvania and Florida Police Academy programs. He has approximately 10 years of experience in law enforcement and 20 years combined experience in security and investigations.
Employed as a Corporal and then a Deputy Sheriff, Mr. Santiago has extensive experience in all aspects of law enforcement, investigations, warrant service, civil process, tracking fugitives, searches of evidentiary value, witness statements, interrogations, locating missing persons, crash reporting, wellness checks, and dignitary protection, including presidential detail. He has worked on special details/task forces with the Drug Enforcement Agency, Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, Immigration Customs Enforcement, the Attorney General's Office, and U.S. Marshall's Office to name a few. Mr. Santiago has teamed with municipal, county, and federal task forces in apprehending absconded fugitives, removing weapons, drugs, and dangerous individuals off the streets.
He was employed as a drug task force member, certified flying armed deputy through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and has testified and sat in on thousands of cases ranging from civil, criminal, and vehicle violations. Mr. Santiago is trained in close protection and self defense. He is certified in tactical baton, OC spray, handcuffing, and taser. Additionally, Mr. Santiago is trained in recognizing hazardous chemicals and taking the necessary measures to stay safe in an environmental disaster. He also has certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED through the American Red Cross for adults and children, and was a previous instructor in life saving techniques for first responders ensuring the safety of clients in all critical incident command scenarios.
